In 2023, following the ongoing feedback and evaluation from the WILDLIFE FARMS & ESTATES managers at our Resort, we received our membership certification with a score of 270 out of 300. We thus became part of the game and wildlife reserves belonging to this organization. Founded in 2005 and now represented by more than 450 properties in 19 countries across Europe with expansion abroad, the system comprises a network of landowners and managers who, when managing their land, are committed to providing every opportunity for wildlife and biodiversity to thrive and grow. The Wildlife Estates program covers more than 1.9 million hectares. Therefore, WFE accreditation is the mark of excellence for improving wildlife and biodiversity through independent assessment. The accreditation is awarded exclusively to farms and estates that demonstrate holistic and environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable land management practices, recognizing the multifunctional role of rural activity and land use. This is an important recognition that rewards the work and commitment of all those who have believed in the Río Grande Resort project over the years.
